CNN reporter Clarissa Ward, was sent to Kabul to report on the ‘transition of power’ taking place in Afghanistan.
As she walked the streets of Kabul, she came across a group of Taliban members chanting “Death to America.”
As she reported this on live television she made a stray remark saying: “They’re chanting ‘Death To America’ but they seem friendly at the same time.”
I supposed this is the new normal at CNN. Last summer it was “fiery but, mostly peaceful protests.” Now it’s “‘Death to America!’But in a friendly manner.”
Ironically Ward, in her next story said she was “Very concerned about women… and their safety in particular.”
Last night the Taliban took control of Afghanistan’s capital Kabul.
After gaining control of millions of dollars worth of American military equipment, and the flight of the Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, who has fled the country, leaving his countrymen to die. The Taliban moved through the country, from city to city, in a path of destruction.

President Biden, in comparison, is on vacation at camp David. Biden seems to have no plan, and no strategy. At this time he has not made any public statement, to the valid criticism of the GOP.
The Middle East is on the verge of war, and the border crisis is worse than ever, and is to a point of a national emergency.
Ahead of the 20th anniversary of 9/11 NBC news ran a story on the new DOJ potential terror threat guidelines.
The guidelines state that anyone who is in opposition to COVID-19 measures, such as mask, vaccine, or social distancing mandates are ‘possible terror threats.’
The DOJ also labels anyone who believes there was any fraud in the 2020 election, anyone who believes President Trump should be reinstated, or anyone who will be honoring the fallen citizens, and heroes who died on 9/11, as ‘terror threats.’
It’s no secret that America’s eduction system is going downhill, and fast. Underpaid teachers, removal of key curriculums, woke history courses, and now mask, or vaccine restrictions, and even in some places online schooling is still prevalent. These are all issues that are slowly corroding the education of this generation of young Americans.
What kind of education are our children receiving?
In the public education system, things like LGBTQ history, and “The 1619 Project”, along with woke science courses, catering to the LGBT agenda, are being introduced. Your children will be taught theories, but to them it will be taught as solid fact. Your children will be taught, not to think, but to have their thoughts produced for them. Your children will be taught to be “empowered” but that only means they have had an agenda shoved down their throat in some cruel, and twisted way, to make them feel important.
In colleges and universities, professors are teaching that critical thinking, “leads to the spread of misinformation.”
In New York, 10 year olds are being taught about sexual education, how to engage in masterbation. Not only are they taught how, but they are encouraged to do so.
In Oregon, critically important academic qualifications are no longer required to graduate, such as reading and writing.
In California, children are being taught that, math is racist, and that 2 + 2 = 5.
In Maryland, children are taught that believing we should “Make America Great Again” is a form of white supremacy. They are even taught it’s only one step down from lynching, the KKK, and Neo-nazis.

The AASA, (American Association of School Administrators) which has schools located all across the country, recently said “AASA’s work on equality must go further and become actively Anti-Racist.” That of course sounds amazing to most people, but many of us conservatives know, “anti-racist” means renouncing your white-hood, paying reparations, and catering to the woke, socialist agenda in Washington.
As a matter of fact, doctor Ibram X Kendi says “There is no ‘not racist.’ There are racists and anti-racists.” Our young and impressionable children, are being taught they must surrender their whiteness, and be an “anti racist.”
What are the other options for parents?
Many parents who have the same concerns about the public education system as I do, have resorted to homeschooling their children. In fact homeschooling is up 11% since the beginning of the pandemic.
Many parents have decided to take their children to a private, or charter school; however these schools do not receive governmental funding, therefore tuition is not free. Resulting in it being harder for lower to middle class families to attend these schools.
Don’t let your children be indoctrinated by socialists, and Marxists. Encourage them to think critically, to look at the facts, to question what they are taught, to do their own research, and above all to seek, and know God.
We as young conservatives, have become the most politically, and socially active generation, in American History. Unfortunately most young conservatives, make the mistake I did, which was putting myself into the political arena when I was not mentally ready. Which is why every young conservative MUST have these 3 character qualities!
Work Ethic
If a conservative does not have a strong work ethic, and the willingness to do the dirty work of politics, with no appreciation or thanks given to him or her. Then they will not last long in this fight.
The willingness to do hard work, is one of the basic principles of conservativism. Being a conservative means in a sense means that you want to pull your own weight, work for yourself, and earn your own living. If that doesn’t appeal to you… are you even a conservative?
The Ability to Accept Criticism
As Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk said at the recent Student Action Summit, “Wise men desire to be corrected.” In this arena you will receive criticism from the left, but more importantly from the right. Mentors, peers, teachers, and family, will (and should) give you correction, and criticism.
How you respond to that is up to you; However if you humbly accept that criticism, in a godly spirit, it will help you so much. It is a simple fact that you as a young conservative do not know everything. If you think you do, I promise you are gravely mistaken. This is why you MUST be willing to accept the reproach of others, because others tend to see flaws in us, that we cannot see in ourselves. Self-improvement should be the immediate goal of EVERY young conservative!
The Ability to Debate, and Have a Conversation, Peacefully.
This is what separates us from the left. When you attempt to engage the left in meaningful conversation, or confront them with the truth, and with facts, the majority of the time they will simply scream “Bigot! Racist! Fear monger! Conspiracy theorist!” and will never give you any real reply.
Of course there are exceptions to this, but the majority of the time this is true. I know this from experience. So, as a conservative you will be on the receiving end of hate, anger, and possibly death threats, as I have received.
You cannot let them stop you, or slow you down. We posses the Truth, and we cannot let the left brainwash more into believing their “truth”. Truth is not capitalized by mistake, truth lies in the person of Jesus Christ, and his teachings, which coincide beautifully with conservative values, such as the sanctity of life, freedom, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Not that you MUST be a Christian to be a conservative, but I don’t believe a Christian should be anything but conservative, liberal ideology forsakes God at every turn, no Christian can support that.
Conclusion
As a young conservative the three qualities you MUST have to be successful in this fight are: Work Ethic, The Ability to Accept Criticism, and The Ability to have a Peaceful Debate.
If you do not posses these, work hard to ensure that you do before you put yourself out into the political arena. Otherwise you may be burned, and swallowed up by your own unpreparedness.
